本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報・位置情報・端末識別情報・その他いかなる個人データも開発者側に収集することはありません。
本アプリが行うインターネット通信は、次の2つだけです。①学習進捗のiCloud同期（後述）、②アプリ内課金の状態を確認するための RevenueCat との通信（後述）。広告配信・解析・トラッキング目的の通信は一切ありません。
学習進捗（解答履歴・正解率・苦手問題の自動抽出・ブックマーク）は、端末の UserDefaults / SharedPreferences に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、端末内のこれらのデータも削除されます。ただしiCloudに保存された分（後述）は、iOSの設定からご自身で削除するまで残ります。
iCloud 同期は iOS 版の機能です。Android 版では端末内にのみ保存され、端末間の同期は行いません。
iCloud にサインインしている iOS デバイスでは、学習進捗が iCloud Key-Value Store を通じて、ユーザー自身の iCloud アカウント内に自動保存されます。これにより同じ Apple ID の他端末との進捗共有や、機種変更時の引き継ぎが可能です。
iCloud に保存されるデータはユーザー自身のアカウント管理下にあり、開発者がアクセスすることはありません。iCloud 同期を望まない場合は iOS の設定で本アプリの iCloud 利用をオフにできます。
本アプリは広告・アナリティクスのSDKを使用していません。アプリ内課金（買い切り）の管理にのみ、RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）を使用しています。
買い切りの購入状態を確認するために、RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.／米国）を使用しています。 RevenueCat には、同社が自動で割り当てる匿名のApp User IDと、 Apple から渡される購入履歴（レシート）、端末の種別・OSバージョンといった 技術情報が送信されます。氏名・メールアドレス・Apple ID などは送信されません。
これらは「購入した人に全機能を開放する」「機種変更したときに購入を復元する」ためだけに使い、 広告やトラッキングには使いません。開発者が個人を特定できる形で参照することはありません。
RevenueCat の取扱いについては同社のプライバシーポリシー （https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy）をご確認ください。 購入情報の削除をご希望の場合は、末尾のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
OS 標準のレビュー機能のみを使用しています（iOS 版は Apple の SKStoreReviewController、Android 版は Google Play In-App Review）。本アプリが個別にユーザーの評価情報を取得することはありません。
App Store Connect の App プライバシー、および Google Play のデータセーフティでは、購入処理に伴う情報（購入履歴）を「アプリ機能」の目的で申告しています。
アプリ内の「誤りを報告」「お問い合わせ」などのボタンは、お使いのメールアプリを開くだけで、アプリが自動でメールを送信することはありません。お客様ご自身が送信された場合に限り、開発者は送信元のメールアドレス・件名・本文と、お客様が本文に記載された内容を受け取ります。いただいた内容は、お返事と、アプリの修正・改善の検討にのみ使用し、第三者へ提供しません。お名前やご連絡先を書くかどうかはお客様の任意です。

This app does not collect any personal information, location data, or device identifiers. Buttons such as "report an error" or "contact us" only open your own mail app; the app never sends mail by itself. If you choose to send a message, the developer receives your email address, the subject, and the body, and uses them only to reply and to consider fixes and improvements. They are not shared with third parties. It makes network connections for exactly two purposes: (1) iCloud Key-Value Store sync, which stores study progress only in the user's own iCloud account and which the developer cannot access, and (2) RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), used solely to verify and restore the one-time in-app purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID assigned by RevenueCat, the purchase receipt provided by Apple, and basic technical data such as device model and OS version. It does not receive your name, e-mail address, or Apple ID. This data is never used for advertising or tracking. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy for RevenueCat's own policy. No advertising or analytics SDKs are used. Study progress (answer history, accuracy, weak-question detection, bookmarks) is stored in the device's UserDefaults/SharedPreferences and in the user's iCloud. Uninstalling the app removes the on-device copy; the iCloud copy remains until the user deletes it from iOS Settings.
