本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報・位置情報・端末識別情報・その他いかなる個人データも開発者側に収集することはありません。
本アプリは、次の3つを除き、インターネット通信を行いません。広告配信・解析・トラッキング目的の通信は一切ありません。
20問の体験後、「全問題・全機能の解放」を買い切り（1回限り・期限なし・月額なし）でご購入いただけます。 金額は、App Store / Google Play の商品ページおよびアプリ内の購入画面に表示される価格が正となります。
決済と購入の検証は、iOS 版では Apple の App Store / StoreKit が、Android 版では Google Play / Google Play Billing が行います。 購入状態（エンタイトルメント）の確認・復元・管理には RevenueCat SDK を利用します。 開発者は、ユーザーの氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を取得しません。RevenueCat の仕組み上、 匿名のアプリ利用者識別子（RevenueCat が自動生成する App User ID）、購入情報、レシート情報等が RevenueCat 側で処理される場合があります。これらは購入の確認・復元・不正防止のためにのみ使用され、 広告配信や解析、ユーザー追跡の目的には使用されません。
App Store Connect の App プライバシー、および Google Play のデータセーフティでは、 購入処理に伴う情報（購入履歴）を「アプリ機能」の目的で申告しています。
学習進捗（解答履歴・正解率・苦手問題の自動抽出・ブックマーク）は、端末の UserDefaults / SharedPreferences に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
小論文モード（主任技士）でユーザーが入力した下書き本文・テーマの覚え書き、および行数などの推移の記録も、同じく端末内にのみ保存されます。これらは開発者に送信されず、iCloud にも同期されません。下書きには勤務先・現場名などが含まれ得るため、端末の外に出さない設計としています。アプリを削除すると削除されます。
iCloud 同期は iOS 版の機能です。Android 版では学習進捗は端末内にのみ保存され、端末間の同期は行いません。
iCloud にサインインしている iOS デバイスでは、学習進捗が iCloud Key-Value Store を通じて、ユーザー自身の iCloud アカウント内に自動保存されます。これにより同じ Apple ID の他端末との進捗共有や、機種変更時の引き継ぎが可能です。
iCloud に保存されるデータはユーザー自身のアカウント管理下にあり、開発者がアクセスすることはありません。iCloud 同期を望まない場合は iOS の設定で本アプリの iCloud 利用をオフにできます。
この機能は iOS 版だけのものです。Android 版には機能自体が無く、写真の送信も行いません。
コンクリート主任技士の小論文は本番が手書きです。紙に書いた答案を文字にするため、撮影した写真を Google Cloud Vision（Google LLC）へ送り、文字認識だけを行います。この機能を使うかどうかはユーザーが選べます。撮影の前に同意の確認を表示し、同意しない場合は通信しません。読み取りを使わずに、手で入力して小論文モードのすべての機能を利用できます。
撮影の前に、工事名・発注者名・会社名などが写り込まないようご確認ください。
本アプリは広告、アナリティクス、広告・解析・トラッキング目的の第三者SDKは使用していません。
OS 標準のレビュー機能のみを使用しています（iOS 版は Apple の SKStoreReviewController、Android 版は Google Play In-App Review）。本アプリが個別にユーザーの評価情報を取得することはありません。
アプリ内の「誤りを報告」「お問い合わせ」などのボタンは、お使いのメールアプリを開くだけで、アプリが自動でメールを送信することはありません。お客様ご自身が送信された場合に限り、開発者は送信元のメールアドレス・件名・本文と、お客様が本文に記載された内容を受け取ります。いただいた内容は、お返事と、アプリの修正・改善の検討にのみ使用し、第三者へ提供しません。お名前やご連絡先を書くかどうかはお客様の任意です。

This app does not collect any personal information, location data, or device identifiers. Buttons such as "report an error" or "contact us" only open your own mail app; the app never sends mail by itself. If you choose to send a message, the developer receives your email address, the subject, and the body, and uses them only to reply and to consider fixes and improvements. They are not shared with third parties. Network connections are limited to the in-app purchase flow of the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) with RevenueCat used for entitlement tracking only, and — on iOS only — iCloud Key-Value Store sync (which stores study progress only in the user's own iCloud account; the developer has no access) and the optional handwritten-essay recognition described below. No advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs or advertising are used. Study progress (answer history, accuracy, weak-question detection, bookmarks) is stored in the device's UserDefaults/SharedPreferences and the user's iCloud, and is removed when the app is uninstalled. Essay drafts written in the essay mode, and the numeric history of those drafts, are stored on the device only: they are never transmitted to the developer and are not synced to iCloud.
Handwritten essay recognition (Concrete Chief Engineer essay mode): the paper-based essay can be photographed and sent to Google Cloud Vision for text recognition only. This is opt-in; the app asks for consent before the first capture and works fully without it (typing is always available). Only the photograph is sent — no name, device identifier, or location. The recognized text is returned to the device and all evaluation happens on-device. Neither the image nor the recognized text is stored by the developer. Essay drafts and preparation notes remain on the device and are not synced to iCloud.
